I moved from Massachusetts to Florida during the pandemic in 2020 with my wife and kids. Got linked up with JB a couple weeks after. He helped us get our first loan! Everything was straight forward with paper work. Any time you ask him a question either thru email with Lynn or a text to JB he would respond with quick with clear understandable words and no run arounds. Today June 2nd 2023 we are back with JB and closed on another loan. The process for the second loan was even FASTER then the first one. They would help you find an appraiser and anything else needed for the process. I would highly recommend working with this team of incredible people. Definitely someone you would like to keep in touch with. Very knowledgeable and respectful. If I can give 100 Stars I will!!THANK YOU VERY JB & LYNNFROM THE YNOA FAMILY

JB and Lynn are the best, before, during and after we bought the house. Even later we did our refinance with them and that was also great. Anything that came up was handled. Now we are selling our house and ran into a problem and I reached out to JB and once again him and Lynn were there for us. I can’t say enough about them and how much they helped us.

JB was the best! He not only secured us with a very good loan amount, but he also helped us close on our home.
